I had received 2 cards for restaurant favourites as a Christmas present- unfortunately I don’t have many if any of them around my area- so I got in touch with the team and they have swapped the cards and changed both values into one card that I can use for the normal restaurants. I can’t fault the service at all (via X). Very quick to reply, and solved my issue in no time at all.

Could not use the card with my phone. This appears to be an issue with my mobile rather than the card. Customer services are kindly sending me a physical card replacement

With Christmas looming I decided to purchase my gift cards early, 25th of November to be precise. When i hadn't received by the 17th of December i began to get a little worried, so i contacted Customer Service to be told that my order had been processed and cards had been issued. Because i hadn't received them i asked for them to be cancelled and reissued. My cards never arrived. Today I received a Call from Kevin, who has advised that he will issue new cards to me and will expedite immediately, 1st time ever having an issue with One4All Gift Cards and i will be back. thanks Kevin :-)

"A terrible gift idea."

I'd give zero stars if I could.
I was given a digital one4all gift card to the value of €50, for Christmas. Because it is a digital voucher, it can be used online only. The first thing I discovered was that just because certain retailers accept the vouchers, they don't necessarily accept the digital version. This meant I had very little scope regarding where to spend it. I tried a couple of sites over the course of a day, all of which supposedly accept digital one4all cards, but I was unsuccessful. On one site I was told there was an issue with the expiry date, even though I entered it correctly a number of times. On another site, the payment wasn't processed but I wasn't given an explanation. I still haven't managed to spend it. I contacted one4all to ask for a replacement physical card, but this can be done only if the purchaser requests it. The guy I spoke to was very blasé and had no interest in even pretending to keep this customer satisfied!
I have often given one4all cards as presents in the past but would never, ever do it again. If you want to keep somebody occupied over the Christmas season, give him a one4all. That way they'll be very busy trying to figure out how to use it.
