Pain in the ass to redeem, not as many places accept it as they claim, and they charge you "inactivity fees" if you haven't used it in a certain timeframe. Suuuper fun to be charged a fee out of a birthday or Christmas present 🙄

Will never ever buy again! Worst service ever! On the 17th of December Ive purchased 100e Christmas voucher for my employee and unfortunately lost it literally 10min after purchase. I rang to cancel the card, couldn't get my money back but was told that they will resend it within 7 daysit. It's 6 of January and I m still waiting for it! Btw, they also charge extra 2e just for buying the card. I recommend just giving the money or get a voucher for tkmaxx.

"Fees if One4All voucher is not used"
I had a number of One4All vouchers and due to house move they were packed away. I found them over xmas and when I went to check them the funds had been eaten up by An Post fees. I understood there was legislation which ensured vouchers must stay fully valid for 5 yrs. While I have good admiration for the work An Post does generally I am shocked that this can happen. You pay a fee when buying the One4All cards so though this should cover the service. After all they have free money until the vouchers are spent.
Update: I phoned A Post and they reinstated without question which is great but still feel this charge should not be applied and should I not have recovered these from the bin I was out of pocket to the amount of €135

Wanted to buy gift cards as prizes for a local raffle event. Process to buy digital cards frustrating. Wanted to just pay and print off voucher to give out. Having it all on an account and having to now send on to other emails is an absolute extra step I would prefer not to have to do. Most vouchers can just be printed off or emailed directly

Most unprofessional company/support I've ever dealt with. Received a digital voucher from my work in December of 60 euros. after activation in the APP, it stood as $ currency ?? Well no one could give me an answer/explanation for that, neither could any amount of it be used to purchase anything in neither Boots or Pennies. Voucher invalid it said. On the 20th of December after having been in contact with one4all 3 times about this issue, I was promised to receive a card by post, within 5-7 days. Well that didn't happened either, but the amount of 60 $ is cancelled on the APP since the 20th of December. Just in touch there again, after waiting almost 17 mins on the phone. An totally non understandable talking customer support trying to tell me, that the card will be send by post today. Madame please wait ....... well not convinced this will happen. I cannot recommend this company at all, beware aswell if you don't use your voucher within a time-frame, they deduct every month 1,45 euros until nothing is left on your voucher/card. Happened to me 2 years ago.

One 4 all was excellent even though I received my card on Xmas eve and realised it had expired this year in 2024 but I emailed one4all and they were able to replace my card for me , an excellent service 😀

"I lost my card before it was used"
I lost my card before it was used, I rang the customer care number which was a nightmare, the person I was talking to had very bad English and could not understand the spelling of my name. But dealing with one4all through email was very easy as was Facebook messenger. Hopefully my new card will arrive soon.

Got digital vouchers and just can't use them. No help at customer service except I can transfer them to a card and they want to charge me for it, I'm mad.
