"Funds Not Loaded?? And Replacement sent"
So I was given a One4All card for Christmas. And when opened, I was excited. Of course, I had the receipt from the Post Office that it was supposed loaded €100. Checked. And there was no pending balance or anything, checked transactions and there was nothing so no one used it. I was confused and checked, seeing you may need 24 hours to load the card. But practically a day and a half had passed [ the receipt said 23rd December; around 4pm ]. I was extremely disappointed.
So I went to send a message through the contact form. And was hoping and expecting to get answers since I do not see the gifter as much. Of course, I was concerned since I sent it on Christmas Day. But to my surprise, I was sent a message the next day: St Stephen’ Day. Honestly, was surprised that the customer service was good since the ratings were low.
So hopefully, in the next 5-7 working days, I get my replacement card. If not, I will return and add more to this experience in this review. So far, I would say my experience with the card was frustrating hence the one star take away. But the customer service was really good and fast.

"Extremely Disappointed with One4all Customer Service"
UPDATE 8th Jan: Still have not received my card they said a new one has been reissued but I have not received it within the expected delivery timeframe. DO NOT PURCHASE from One4all much better alternatives on the market. - I received a €500 One4all gift card as a Christmas gift, but the card was faulty and showed a €0 balance when I activated it. I contacted customer service and was told it would be resolved if I provided proof of the card and the slip it came with. After complying with this, I was assured the funds would be added back and even promised compensation for the inconvenience.
A week later, I was told something completely different—that I now needed to go back to the person who gifted me the card and ask for proof of activation! This is entirely unreasonable, as the card was a gift, and I don’t have access to those details.
It’s frustrating that One4all won’t resolve this directly by verifying the card and contacting the retailer on their end. The lack of consistency and accountability in their responses has caused me unnecessary stress, and I still don’t have access to the funds.
I expected better from a company that markets itself as a convenient gift solution. Instead, this has been a nightmare, and I don’t recommend One4all to anyone.

Most useless, inconvenient form of gift. Beyond belief bad customer service is and the idea as a whole is pointless all the downside of cash, none of the benefits

You left me begging for the opertunity to pic up my 2000 euros worth of cards only to tell me for a week that's not possible. During which time you fobbed me off with excuses only to give me some hope by telling me one hour before your swords gift shop was were I could pick them up. Rushing down from my place to collect them with the intention of at last being able to get gifts for my family. Got the cards at 13.30 today just to be told they won't be usable for at least 24 hours. I begged for this six days ago. Thanks for working at 7 days to ruin my famillies christmas.
