Edit: as of 02/01, still have not received gift card, and had to gift €100 out of my own pocket to my son as a xmas gift, all promises 2nd time around that it has been sent and still nothing,never again will i buy these cards...,

Bought a gift card for €100 in Pavillions Swords post office and 2 days later, balance was still at 0 when I checked my balance. Upload of credit was supposed to take place after 24 hours, so I rang customer services.Apparently the card I bought was faulty and customer services was supposed to send one out but it takes 5/7 working days! As of today, still no card received and I'm not happy with this service..it was my first time buying this card and gave it the benefit of the doubt as I had seen many bad reviews..well this will be my last time...buyer beware, please check your balance after 24 hours before you gift the card as you could have a faulty card with no balance.

General easy to complete with very timely delivery even in busier festive times of the year! The online purchase details could have worked a little better for me as it somehow didn’t process through twice before third time working!

Very difficult to send a digital gift card to someone in Ireland while overseas.

Verification code can't be sent to Australian number so had to send it to the person that was receiving the gift card in Ireland first and then ask them to give me the code so it could be processed.

Ruins the element of surprise, please fix this issue.

"One4all experience."

OMG got a one4all chip and pin and I tried to activate my card and had to ring main office 3 times and still 3 days later still not activated. How hard can it be to activate a card. Today I was told it will be manually activated in 5 minutes and 11hrs later and still waiting. Shocking I would not give one4all for to anybody and would not recommend either. Will try again tomorrow.

Order placed and processed. Paid for express delivery (1-2 days). 4 days after dispatch it still hasn't arrived. Tracking info says it is still in sorting office. Don't charge extra for a service you don't provide
