Ordered 2 vouchers on the 16th of Dec and they were dispatched on the 17th. I had express delivery 1-2 business days (extra charge) and An post tracking says on the 20th we have not received your item. Call centre was no help at all and said if I don’t get it tomorrow call back for refund! What a joke!! Make matters worse their web site says cut off for delivery before Christmas was 19th so I presume there will be a lot of unhappy customers.

Bought a digital voucher, paid €100, it did not arrive in my account, phoned the organisation, spent 45 mins on the phone ...they could not resolve it for me...all sorts of excuses, will never use this company again.

Nightmare getting a gold one4all card activated. I am 3 days trying to activate my card. I uploaded my security documents, I made numerous calls to their help desk. The staff there are nice but the problem seems beyond their capabilities of resolving, whether it’s an IT issue or poor tech. My card was meant to be activated within 24 hours, another day after this it is still not resolved.
I would not buy one of these cards again. And this is meant to be their gold card service.
