This is my first time and last time ordering one 4 all voucher online. Can't understand why I have to wait a number of days to receive an online voucher.
Also, it is very user non friendly. I don't think you could make it any harder to use.
Won't be using it again

They were so quick to answer an email I sent .and no problem with reissuing a new card as I had misplaced mine and was out of date.

Chip and Pin cards are a disaster as seen from other complaints here.

Absolutely shocking ~ waiting 4 days with NO card arriving for a Christmas gift!!! Spent more time chasing / phoning etc to resolve & not a sign of cards arrival
Needless to say will NOT be buying from here ever again!!

Digital card service was so easy and straightforward.
However, postal cards took ages to deliver. Becoming unpractical and almost missing Christmas

Could not add card to wallet again this year, have android phone. Followed instructions properly, some collegues had same experience. Had to buy online and gift card my partner the money as I could not spend as I wished. From experience on previous years ringing tech support does not help. Very frustrating when getting a bonus that you cannot spend as you wish.
