Never arrived. A week later and still no sign, have nothing to give for Christmas presents for some people now. Wouldn't have bothered.

F... shit of a card . Hate it. Have to activate it to use, site don't let me do it for hell know of a reason , tried milion times ,app can't take a picture of id , i am 1 sec away to throw the card and the phone and everything in the bin. Don't ever give anyone this shit of a card.just give cash in envelope and welcome easy life.

A one stop shop, would be much better for your digital vouchers. It would work much better to be able to buy your vouchers and send it to the person on a timed slot, all in one transaction like you can do on Amazon.

The worst Gift cards , got gift card of e250 - but only available balance 238! 12e charge for what ??? SCAM !

Absolutely useless. Have €250 in digital version. App won't tap, barcode won't scan when retailers try. I even tried entering the card details manually when I tried to buy online....won't work that way either. Added to a google wallet and iPhone wallet....still won't work. They are a regulated entity, so my advice is to log a complaint and if it's not rectified to you satisfaction refer your complaint to the FSPO. I'm waiting on a response from their complaints department. Had to use my credit card to pay for Christmas presents.... something I wanted to avoid doing. Don't waste your money or time.
