2 weeks later and still no credit on it.Had to chase them, calls etc, now I had to wait 2 more weeks to receive a replacement as the card was ,,faulty"

These cards whether digital or physical arts a hassle. Trying to find somewhere you cab actually spend them takes an age. Surely something can be done that the digital cards version is just seen by all retailers as a regular visa. Surely there is a way the small amounts of change that always remain on the cards can be used by the customer? I wouldn't gift one of these to my worst enemy. These cards are a chore and always have been. There are other gift cards that you can just use like s credit card, but not one4all! Why not?!

absolutely terrible website service but brilliant idea, giving your kids a reliable way to spend money but at the expense of their sub par website in design, and if you click too fast you get banned for 24 hours, the website is a nightmare for the people its aimed towards honestly and for those giving large sums.
