Sorry that I can't give a 0 rating. I wonder why my employer still keep them. May be it's cos they are cheap. They are cheap. Since their app was not compatible with my wallet, I was told I will be issued a physical card posted out in 5 -7 working days on the 11th of December. I called them back again on 22nd. I was told that a manager will call back regarding compensation and I will get my card with in a day. Christmas has come and gone. When I rang today on 29th, the so called manager is yet to send any card....The worst customer service ever......

Complete waste of time card, shit card I wish I have never received, a year ago it was at least useful without the complicated stupid activation process, now I've tried to upload my selfie at least 5 times with no success. Also it is kind of personal data gathering, asking users for a picture of their passport or drivers licence. This card soon will get its bust, because of complicated activation process.. wish I received a cash instead. Stupid stupid shit shit card, don't recommend to anyone
