I have been trying to contact Crown Communications for nearly two weeks. I was sold a 3 year contract, less than six months ago, one major selling point being that I was told there would be no price rise for 18 months. I have recently received an email from o2 saying that my tariff is to rise on the 1st April. Rather worryingly Martin Newbury’s email now comes back as ‘address not found’ as does customer enquires. Also the website seems to have disappeared. I have to say I share the concerns of a lot of the people who have put negative reviews. I had a very bad feeling shortly after signing the contract and I now think it’s all coming to light. ☹️

Absolutely useless. One month on & still no SIM to put in the supposedly 'new' phone they provided. NO customer service, no one returns your calls. AVOID AT ALL COST

Amazing customer service, unfortunately on this occasion I am unable to upgrade as still in contract however Jacob was able to upgrade my mom who is very happy. Jacob also had the time and patience assisting and recommending different devices for when I am able to upgrade.
