Signed a new contract in july for £14 a month including vat only to be charged £28 + vat a month, in 4 months i have over payed £102, Crown blame O2 and O2 blame Crown, phoned,emailed text Crown and managed 2 replies, O2 are also no help, told them if not sorted by November i would cancel direct debit which i did, the next payment was due on the 27th December that didnt get payed again £33.60 and not £14, just been cut of on the 9th January, i had been with them since 2018, this is how they treat you stay clear, in my mind they are in breach of contract

I have had to pay my previous supplier directly under threat of court action. They Claimed to have paid this bill and offer no proof.
Business contract given - why? I’m not a business.
Reimburse me the money due. Until then I will continue to utilise every asset at my disposal to call out this sham of a company

Communications company? They don't communicate! Don't answer the phone or respond to emails/ letters. Dreadful customer service. Canceled contract within cooling off period and have been sent a large termination fee! Trying to resolve this is a nightmare and 02 won't help either.

Falsely claimed to be 02 . Then signed us up for business account without consent . Tried to cancel immediately but never get any correspondence . Finally had an email from a so called manager admitting that it was them who were in the wrong and acknowledged that we had tried to cancel within the calling off period ! Unfortunately they are still refusing to cancel so trading standards will be the next option . Absolute fraudsters .
