I've tried to contact Crown Communications via 0121, 8002, 202, 0800 Business line, ALL to no avail since last Thurs 18th May. How difficult do they have to be to provide PAC codes, STAY AWAY FROM THIS O2 3rd party!

BEWARE - they mislead you into believing they are O2. Avoid at all costs. Also, avoid O2 at all costs. They are complicit since they endorse this practice from their “trusted partners”.

Avoid this company at all costs... They con you into contracts, pretend to be O2. Send the wrong items. Even if you cancel within the first day via email and return the goods sealed unused they avoid contact, don't return calls or emails, they verbally make promises that are not honoured. And then try to force the contract on you... Fraudulent Fraudulent Fraudulent. O2 needs to take action with these as they allow them to call themselves partners with the worst customer services you can imagine.They don't even deserve the one star!!! Also check companies house. They are having major financial issues. They had a compulsory closure at one point. Must of been able to stay open just. Avoid Stay away from these fraudsters

Phoned to inform them my father had passed away so needed to end the contract for them to send a letter demanding over £300 for contract cancellation. We have now cancelled to contract for the fun of it, our father has passed away so no longer needs the contract. Wish we could deal with 02 directly

2 years ago i was talked into a contract with them. Even though i wasnt a business owner. My contract has now come to an end. Spoke to someone at this company informing them i have upgraded my phone at 02 shop and needed to contact them to have my old number transfered over to my new contract.
They informed me we cant do that you need to contact 02, we cant do anything about it.........after being told by the shop i need to contact these people. So i contacted 02 again and again they tell me i need to contact you again. After 35 calls yesterday and 10 calls so far today im still not able to contact you. Oh and also 2 emails now to yourselves. When i ring it goes straight onto your we are very busy, leave a message and we will get back to you.2 messages and 2 emails and still waiting for your return call.

Two years ago, my partner and myself were sold what we thought were good contracts - even though they were 'business contracts'. The company even 'paid' our early termination fees. I was told that it was a 2 year contract, although O2 would prefer you to stay for 3 years. My partner never signed a contract. 2 years in and we realised we have got to stay for another year. The back of my partners phone is smashed, so we visited an O2 shop (without our paperwork) to be told we do not have insurance - the woman could not understand why we were on business contracts!! We double checked the paperwork once we got home and it states '48 hour free phone replacement service'. So I emailed Crown Communications asking for clarification - this was over a week ago and we have not had a response back. I cant wait for next August, so I can go back to Three!!

Setup phones and not given supplier any information phones been cut off four times will not get back in touch after many tries to get someone to get back to us the reviews on this site must be from family or staff members as everything they say is the exact opposite of what happens🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Crown communications were really easy to deal with, they were helpful and informative. When my chosen phone was not available they offered me a free upgrade to the next model.
I was given clear instructions of what to do when I received my final bill so that they could refund me the early contract cancellation fee, which within a few weeks appeared in my bank account (would usually only have taken a few days but had bank holidays in between)
Would happily deal with Crown Communications again in the future.
