Brandon and Laila handled my case. It was smooth sailing from the beginning of the process until the lender approved the mortgage. It took less than six weeks for the lender to approve my mortgage after My Mortgage Finder's team submitted the full application. This efficiency was due to the thorough preparation and organisation of Brandon and Laila's necessary documents and information before submitting the full application.

I received excellent communication from both Brandon and Laila. As a first-time buyer and a single applicant, I often felt anxious. However, they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I am now waiting for the solicitor to finalise the completion.

My husband and I got turned down for a mortgage with a high street lender and we were going to give up looking for a mortgage. On Facebook I saw My mortgage finder! I filled in a questionnaire to get some more information and sent it back. I got a message back and ignored it because I thought it was probably a scam! My phone rang a few hours later and George asked me how they could help. I told him I had stupidly defaulted on a couple of payments a few years ago and that we couldn’t get a mortgage. That was the Sunday. We had a proper call with George on the Monday and on the Friday we got a decision in principle from a lender at a rate we could afford.

2 weeks later we found a home and put an offer in. We then had a call with Brandon who went through the mortgage illustration with us. He also arranged calls from his colleagues for house insurance and personal insurance and we got good deals. The full mortgage application was submitted by Brandon on the Friday and then Laila became our main point of contact. Just 13 days later we have a mortgage offer with a 10% deposit and the rate locked in for 5 years at a rate we can afford.

I honestly thought this company would not be able to help and now in a few weeks we will be moving into our forever home ❤️
