"Awful company DO NOT USE!"

I am disgusted in the way I have been treated!

Not really sure where to start with this company. Ill keep it brief, I feel I need to warn people what they are getting themselves in for. ITS ALL BAD!
I've been in the process with these guys since September 24 (Now Jan 25). After I was pressurized to pay £1500 because they had an agreement in principle in place and waiting to proceed. I waited a further 2 weeks after that before having the next call. They apply so much pressure to get your money and then you end up waiting for them to do anything. At the point of then going to apply for the mortgage they wanted a further £400. This was not made clear to me at the beginning of the process so we had to then start to look again for a new agreement. I further warn everyone the interest rates they get are extremely high. 2% to 3% more than what's available elsewhere. This is also not made clear until after they have your money. After getting another agreement in principle in December I paid £150 extra for this. I was then told this had been rejected because I had not informed them of a change of circumstances. Emails and phone calls are not classed as good enough ways to inform them. If you enjoy making constant phone calls and chasing emails daily, And don't mind being pressured to give your money to them for them to not give you what you were promised then go ahead and use this company. I have asked for a refund this month and been told that my complaint falls outside of their refund policy. Apparently being dissatisfied with a service provided, Or in this case not provided, is no longer grounds for a refund. I unfortunately will have to endure further stress and frustration and continue to use this company so that I do not lose all the money I have been pressured to give them. Please do not waste your money with this company. Buying a house is stressful and these lot make it 100 times worse. I am now awaiting the copies of the correspondence from this company and will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman for further help with my complaint.

Started well. Full of hope and promises. Then once you agree to use them. They tell you the time scales and they are longer than you were told prior to agreeing them. I understand you have a process but then it would have been prudent not to tell me that it would be sorted in a couple of days. I will need to pay them for work they have done, so if I lose the property I am going for, I will be out of pocket. I’m not happy at the moment.

A positive experience from the very first phone call with George.I was apprehensive at first after I’d I applied for a mortgage with a high street lender last year and was turned down after the agreement in principle due to bad credit from 12 years ago. From the initial call with George, subsequent calls with Ben and then Laila my experience could not have been better. They were confident that they could help and that a mortgage could be secured and they delivered very quickly. I cannot express how pleased I am with the outcome. At the start, things felt a bit confusing—I wasn’t always sure where we stood or what the next steps were. I have no Idea about finance and they helped walk me through my mortgage application when I was turned down by Barclays as I had a CCJ that hat 2 months left on my record even gave me weekly updates checking with the solicitors and being available when I needed them and even if they were busy they would call back and even worked around me as I was working 2 jobs I cannot recommend enough

We have had a really rough couple of months and My mortgage finder, especially laila has made them so much better. We thought we had hit rock bottom and were ready to give up. She kept us going and gave us a way to get to our dream home and to start our new chapter ready for the new year. One chapter closes. Another one opens! Thank you so Much! We will be back when we have to remortgage!!
