I've had multiple people take care of my mortgage through MMF. Every person was really reliable. Connor and Rachel went above and beyond. They helped me through every step of multiple very complex mortgage applications, answered all of my queries completely and helped me well beyond what I believe their responsibilities were. In the house buying process they were one of the few components that I felt I could trust, rely on and did not need to chase. I would highly recommend london and country mortgages to anyone. Where do I start this has been a difficult time which has been made so much easier with the support of Connor & Rachel, although this took longer than expected due to some complications outside of their jurisdictions. They have remained professional and kept me informed at all times. When things didn’t go to plan they found another solution, I can’t thank you both enough.

Very professional service and got the mortgage over the line for me. Small peice of feedback is that I would have preferred to have the same advisor all the way through rather than passed to different people at different stages. However, they were all professional, friendly, and most importantly they got us a mortgage when we’d all but lost hope! Would recommend.

"Don't waste your time!"

Had an hour zoom call with an advisor called hayley. Gave her our last 2 years tax return provided by our accountant. She sounded very promising, explain the cost etc which were all fine by us. Paid the £99 upfront and £900 on receiving mortgage in principal. We have been given mortgage in principle within couple of hours after the zoom meeting. We were truly shocked and happy. This was on Thursday so on Monday we said,yes we accept the mortgage in principle and very same day £900 was taken from my account. This is where the fairytale story ends. Following week, we were contacted my another person requesting lots of more documents as well as the documents we have already sent it to Hayley. By the end of that week,we knew something wasn't right and we weren't getting any mortgage. At the end,Hayley mailed us to say the figures we gave her wasn't correct (basically calling us a liar) surely if they record the zoom meeting,they would know that we have given her exactly the same figures we were sent to tax man. Afew weeks went by like this then Christmas and New year holidays,finally they have admitted that they can't get us a mortgage due to last tax year figures as we have invested heavily in the business and only showed basic pay package. So they had and used our £999 for nearly 3 months and I have had to chase them to get my money refund. PLEASE NOTE, THEY ARE NOT MAGICIANS,they make you believe you will get your mortgage and as soon as mortgage in principle, they will take your money and waste your time.

I first spoke to Kyle, completely disheartened after being rejected elsewhere. I spoke to Kyle, then the amazing Hayley. Within 3 hours, I had a mortgage in principle. Honestly, the kindness and support offered by both of them are amazing. Hayley was fantastic, and I actually was more helpful, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
