We unfortunately didn’t get our mortgage in the end and switched brokers. Josh called and spoke to me and my husband. He was very apologetic and genuine at how we felt with our journey. We explained what had happened and he listened and was very understanding. Can’t fault how he dealt with it all and fully refunded us and gave a gesture of goodwill within minutes. To be honest, we don’t usually complain and was expecting to not get acknowledged so we are so surprised at how well this was handled and how nicely we were spoken too. This is very rare for a company to acknowledge feedback and we really appreciate him helping us to sort everything. Thank you Josh!
