Our property had a number of Land Registry issues which caused a great deal of extra work and delay in completion. Philippa and David were always chasing and liaised extremely efficiently with both our Solictor and Lender. Cannot fault the service and advice received.

"When enquiring"

When enquiring, you get brilliant service and constant calls whenever scheduled. However, once they collect their fees the service goes downhill.
I requested to speak to someone severals times and got a call back few days after.
Was promised to receive documents outlining information about the deal but never received it. Instead I received emails saying they tried to contact me but couldn’t get through which is not true.
I decided to withdraw my application as I would not like to apply for anything without discussing actual rates and further info.

Everyone I dealt with at My Mortgage Finder ‘was very informative and answered my question promptly, as the stages progressed, my The whole idea of a mortgage went from daunting to a reality in 3-4 weeks. I would recommend them to anyone.

The most professional team, efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly very personable. George is a credit to the organisation, when we watched the video of Jay and Ellie we new this was the guy who could help us. We had high expectations and he didnt let us down.
