THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT WAS SOLD OUT. THEY OFFERED COLOURS THAT I DON'T WANT AND IT APPEARS BY READING THE REVIEWS THIS EXACT THING HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE. I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CALL AND THERE IS NO ONE THERE. I HAVE EMAILED WITH GENERIC RESPONSES THAT DON'T EVEN ADDRESS MY REPLIES. I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION ON THE HOVER BOARDS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED.

"No phone contact available it’s been over a week on express and no board!"
I ordered a hoverboard bundle with express post only to discover that they didn’t dispatch this item because it wasn’t in stock. Nor did they contact me to inform me of this until after I emailed to chase this up! This was due to arrive for my son’s birthday! They then offered a refund of the $50 express post charged and advised they had immediately sent a different design. It’s been a week later since that apparent dispatch and nil contact from them no dispatch number, no hoverboard. Crazy!

What amazing service!! I ordered 2 hooveroos and they were sent so quick. I forgot what the discount code was and I got a message back almost immediately. I saw another deal for the karts so I quickly snapped them up too.....i noticed after purchasing I had not entered discount code and they refunded within moments of me paying and it was on afterpay. The most easiest online shopping I have ever had. Such fantastic products and the deals! 10 out of 10 all the way!

I have been stuffed around by this company for about 8 weeks and nothing is still resolved! They sent me the wrong hoverboard twice! You can’t call them as they won’t answer their phone. They are slow at responding to emails and don’t answer your questions. I will be attempting to return and get a full refund and I will also be lodging a complaint with the department of fair trading or the customer service ombudsman. Reading other reviews it seems this company is used to this kind of thing. Worst customer service ever. Be warned, don’t buy from this company!!

I recently bought the electic scooter for my sons 9th bday and the electric hoverboard for my daughters xmas present. Started to freak out as my sons bday drew closer as it hadnt been shipped - emailed the company and spoke with Rennae who notified me that the colour i ordered for the hoverboard was out of stock and asked if i wanted to wait or get another colour. I opted for the carbon black as there was not much difference. Rennae also threw in protective gear complimentary as well which i thought was nice. She was very attentive, fast at responding and just great overall. Shipping was fast and i received my items a few days later. Son loves his scooter. Rides it daily. I just know my daughter will love hers but she wont be receiving it until xmas so for the mean time its hidden away. Thank you so much!

At first I was upset because the board I ordered was out of stock and I was freaking out but the person who helped me through email was amazing, they got the situation under control straight away and sent out a board in a different colour immediately, they were so lovely to me and patient and they had every right to be nasty back at me but they didn't, I apologised for freaking out and they still treated me human. I love that for this company, you guys will definitely do well if this is how your customers are treated :) !! 100% recommend

The colour I ordered was out of stock and I was asked if I could change to a different colour which I was happy to do as there really wasn't much difference between them and hoveroo included a set of protective pads gor the inconvenience which was cool. Now just need to wait till Christmas day to give it to my son but I'm sure he will love it.
