Excellent customer service. I selected the wrong shipping type upon check out, I needed to upgrade to Express Shipping as my daughter’s birthday was fast approaching. May from Hoveroo Customer Service was kind and understanding, and so helpful. Hoveroo upgraded the shipping and got the shipment despatched that day. Really grateful for the amazing support. Product arrived in time, no issues, everything is perfect.

We got a Hoveroo for our kids 5 years & 7 years for Christmas and they absolutely love it. They both picked it up within about 15 minutes of riding it and were doing spins and tricks straight away. It was a good laugh for the adults to also have a go on Christmas Day, they defiantly didn't pick it up as quickly as the kids. They use it all the time, both inside and outside and we even take it camping.

We had a small issue with the charging port cables coming apart and customer service were amazing and replaced it with a new one straight away.

We have recommended these boards to everyone that asks and we love them. The kids love to pop on the music and dance away as they glide. We have also just purchased the hoverkart for our son's birthday next week, which we cant wait to give to him

We bought a Hoveroo for our 10 yr old daughter in December 2022. Hasn’t missed a beat. The kids loved it so much we bought a second one for our 7 year old daughters birthday in June this year. There was a minor issue with the second one and it wouldn't calibrate correctly. I contacted Hoveroo and liaised with a representative called Rennae. After a few troubleshooting attempts they replaced it immediately no questions asked. Very polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend this product. Hours of fun and excitement.

"We ordered a hoverboard for our 10 year…"

We ordered a hoverboard for our 10 year old son’s birthday, the reaction of his excitement was priceless and once he took it out of the box his smile grew even larger, within 10 minutes he was standing up and manoeuvring around the house. He’s now had it for 8 months. And is still as good as the day he opened it, the dog did chew his rechargeable cable which hoveroo replaced immediately with no charge. I recommend Hoveroo to everyone looking for a brilliant product with excellent customer service, May was awesome. Thanks for making a 10 year old extremely happy 10/10

I ordered a hoveroo that I was going to get my grandson to pay me but then we decided that we will wait until closer to Christmas so after paying and placing order I decided I wanted to cancel the order I emailed hoveroo support and within a few hours they had cancelled my order and refunded full amount paid no questions asked the service rennea in support gave was Definately 5 stars should be a few more companies like hoveroo around thank you very much for the great service

Amazing Our 10yr son old absolutely loved his birthday gift, upon receiving his reactions was priceless. within 4hrs of receiving he is amazing, his 4siblings are having just as much fun. Will definitely buy more for the family. The go kart is just as fun. Shipping was very quick. Honestly can not complain and have already recommended.
*Update* we now have 4 hoverboards and 2 go karts...our 2yr old has officially learnt within 10mins and is amazing!
