"Excellent Staff and excellent products"

Bought an England set with sofa, loveseat with armrest, and a wedge to make it a sectional. We love the furniture. The fabric feels more substantial like it will hold up better than most anything else we looked at, and we went everywhere. The build quality seems very high end. On delivery, the guys tested 3 of the 4 power recliners to make sure they worked. Wouldn't you know it, the one that they didn't test didn't work. What luck. Super nice guys though and they were careful, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We called Sherman's immediately and they had great customer service. They said they'd send someone out ASAP. A service man promptly came out and diagnosed it as a bad switch from the factory. Understandable, things happen. He had it diagnosed, fixed, and back into position in about 20-30 mins. Couldn't ask for anything better. Everyone from Sherman's was great from the salesman to the delivery guys to the customer phone support to the repair guy. Top notch staff and we will be back for sure for future needs. Thanks Sherman's. You are an asset to Peoria!

This is the third time I have purchased from Shermans. Once again, it was a good experience. The delivery men showed up earlier than they expected. They set up the new washer/dryer, gave me some tips to get them ready for use.
The next day, I noticed a small dent down low on the front panel of the dryer. Disappointing, but hardly noticeable.
I will use them again.
