The Sherman's sales staff were great. When my chair arrived it did have a flaw in the stitching. I called the service department and they quickly took care of the problem. The repair tech came with the new part and fixed the chair in a timely manner. The tech was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Sherman's.

Excellent customer care from the sales person to the install staff. Bought a new 65" TV and sound system. Sales person had all technical answers, setup my account and delivery time within an hour. Install staff was on time, set up new equipment, hauled out old equipment, and performed setup for all connections. Cleaned up all boxes and trash and made sure all was ok before leaving. I would recommend Sherman's for household furnishings or equipment for anyone.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not try to over sell but explained the features of the item I was interested in. The delivery team showed up on time and were very respectful. They went over and above by removing a piece of equipment I no longer wanted, explained the operation of the TV and made sure everything was working.
