We had recent service completed on our refrigerator. The customer service asked several questions to troubleshoot the issues to determine the exact problem prior to service coming to the home. After repairs we still had a problem with the frig. They gave us a loaner frig and took our drug back to the shop for repairs. Very happy with overall customer service.

The delivery team on both trips to the house were excellent!!! Very friendly and took great caution is making sure no damage was done to appliances when coming in and out of home.

Our son recently purchased appliances for his new house and also had an excellent experience. We would all recommend Sherman's!
