Got what we order. Fast delivery, very professional two man crew for delivery. Took time to measure all door ways and stair way to make sure it would fit. Very careful moving the upright freezer around and getting it in place. Cleaned up all the plastic wrap that protect from scatching.

Got a new refrigerator. The Delivery Man arrived exactly when they said they were going to. They took out the old refrigerator and put in a new one without any problems. They were polite and efficient. They did a wonderful job.

Eddie and his partner were great. They went above and beyond expectations. Unfortunately, they had to move washers twice. My washer wasn't fixed and didn't work when Eddie tested it. They had to move the loaner back in. They were very patient and good natured but had to do double work. When I called Service, Jamie told me that the shop wouldn't have sent it out if it didn't work! Obviously, it didn't work and was sent out anyway.

After giving the "big box" stores a try when purchasing appliances and having such bad luck I decided to shop at Shermans. I Purchased a new dishwasher earlier this year from Shermans in Peoria. Was so pleased with their service that when I needed a new washing machine I immediately went to Shermans. I find their sales staff very helpful and friendly. Washer was delivered today. Delivery men were friendly and did their job efficiently. Will continue to use Shermans for all my appliance needs. Love this store and would highly recommend them.
