During purchase, gave instructions to call me but called my husband (who was flying out of state) instead to give the two hour window. Arrived outside the given two hour window but once they arrived, friendly gentleman that were quick and efficient with their work! Coordination on the front end would help a bit more but overall wonderful to have the new appliance up and running writhin 24 hours from purchase!
