Having placed an order and checked timescales I placed order on 2/7. On 11/7, I queried had it been sent as needed by 22/7. Assured in hand. It was not. Did not get on the plane till 19/7. I had requested if couldn't get to me by 22nd that order be cancelled and refunded. Didn't do this and continue now to ignore my requests for a refund and information how to return. Appallingly customer service. Could have been handled so much better on the 11th to start, mistakes happen it's how you deal with them!
Do not order from this company, sourced another on Amazon!

Mine came broke on transport, they sent me a new one.

First I ordered two "Master Sabers". They are great but shorter than I ecpected. So I contacted the customer service and they answered quickly. After a few e-mails they gave me back 25% of the money. After that I ordered "Rebel Sabers" that are longer. They were delivered without problems. (Within 10 days to germany)

This a well constructed lightsaber. It has a variety of colours to choose. Choices between SFX or not and it is durable. The fact it easy becomes two pieces makes it easier to store and transport. Great quality for your money.
