Scam company. Refusing to even begin support despite what they claim om their website. Waited over 3 weeks before the support even acknowledged my ticket, and a week after that they simply ghosted.

Nous sommes le 30/08/2024 je viens de recevoir (enfin) le sabre laser. Certes c'est un jouet et assez court d'environ 78cm, mais par contre pour moi c'est l'idéal pour faire du lightpainting avec.
La lumière est assez forte !
Ce que je reproche à cette société c'est qu'ils ne répondent à aucun mail, ni aucun message sur Facebook ...
Il y a un son qui sort du sabre apparemment pas désactivable mais avec du coton et un ruban adhésif ça devrait le faire. Il est sûr que pour les amateurs de starwars je vous déconseille toute bataille ou combat avec. La poignée du sabre a l'air correcte, assez lourde. Le bout en plastique ne résistera à aucun combat ni choc !
Voilà il faut attendre pas mal de temps mais sans crier gare au bout de quelques semaines il finit par arriver un matin par le facteur.

"Awful customer service, poor quality product"

I ordered 2 light sabers with an attachment to join them together on 21st July 2024. I received my order on 8th August. This was already a long wait for my order which I was very excited about. I then open the packaging to find one of the light sabers was missing a tube and there is no connector for them to join them together. This was extremely disappointing after my long wait. I put together the only light saber that I could actually use and it lead to even more disappointment. The saber made noises at random rather than to a swing or hit. The tube also had no light at the end so was a different shade of colour which took away the realism and not what I expected for the price I paid. Overall, I was pretty upset and disappointed with the product, let alone the missing items. Therefore, I contacted Saber Lab to ask for a return and refund. They offered to send the missing items but I again asked for a return and refund. They then said I had to pay for the return shipping to Australia (from England) or they can refund me 20% and keep the order, of which only 1 saber worked. I contested the shipping costs as their policy only states they won't pay for the return shipping if the item is no longer needed, and says explicitly on their website, they will accept returns if you are not 100% happy. In my case, only half my order came and I was unhappy with the quality of the product. I feel I should therefore not have to pay for shipping costs. They ignored my email and multiple follow up emails, and I've been left upset and confused with the awful customer service. I would like my money back and to return my order but I have been ignored. I couldn't think of anything I could do but to tell other people about my ordeal, and warn anyone from ordering products from their website.

No response to emails after placing order on 2nd of August am still waiting for sabers to arrive. I suspect this is a scam.
