Our son loves this lightsaber. Pretty decent for a low price. One broke after a few days, but Allan from the helpdesk was extremely helpful and immediately sent a new one, free of charge. Would recommend if u want a low price lightsaber to make your kid very happy.

Shipping of the order went super quick and since arrival of the sabers my kids are over the moon and enjoy every moment of playing with them.
When we had a small problem with one of the sabers Allan helped sorting it out rapidly and in a very kind manner.

Ordered 4 sabers several months ago, never arrived, nonexistent customer service, when I tried to track in the website it said the website no longer existed and later tried Instagram page which also seems to have disappeared.
Might be something genuinely sketchy, besides the obvious scam, as well as horrible false advertising.

"Have not received our sabers"

Have not received our sabers, ordered them on the 22nd of December. If I don't hear from them today I will have to contact my credit card and report as a scam. So disappointed

i'm very happy with my purchase at SaberLab. The sabers are just as they were described online, my kids were very happy with them and we had a small problem with one of them but the team resolved the problem very quickly and nicely! so totally a recommenable product!

"How Saberlab won Christmas"

I purchased 2 'mastersabers' for my 2 boys (they were from Santa tho) and they both said "it was the best present they got EVER!".

My oldest had his birthday right after Christmas and wanted us to turn off all the lights in the house in the morning so he could "Come into the livingroom with my saber and open my gifts like a jedi" xD

We had some issues with one of the sabers so I contacted saberlab to fix it and had the pleasure of speaking to Allan who was a very big help and thanks to him my 11 year old jedi can continue to master his saber skills.

Keep up the good work saberlab!

"This company is a SCAM"

This company is a SCAM! Same exact experience as everyone else reports, items ordered in early December 2024, and never received the order. It's mid-January. "Alan" their fake customer service email person actually had the stones to tell me I can't "expect overnight delivery" when it's over a month late! An awful company of grifters. BUYER BEWARE!!! NOT LEGIT!!!

"Brilliant Sabers and Fantastic Customer Service from Allan"

After doing quite a lot of research online, I ordered 2 sabers in Black Friday deal from Saberlab. I was worried about how good they would be, but I didnt need to be. The sabers are excellent and my son absolutely loves them. I am glad I bought two, as it means I also get to join in. They are a great size for kids (my son is 9 years old), the multiple light options was a real winner as well. They also have a good weight to them and the hilt feels very sturdy. When my son found out you could join them together, well that was the icing on the cake.

Unfortunately, we had a slight problem with one of the sabers. During a dual with my son, the tip of one of the sabers broke off. My son was very upset but after contacting their customer service and speaking with Allan, he very quickly arranged for a new saber tube to be sent out - at no extra cost.

Allan was quick to reply, and offer help, and fix the situation. It was fantastic customer service! Because of his actions, I am already looking to buy another saber from them - this time on of the more expensive ones. Now I know that they are excellent sabers and a trustworthy company, I have no problem buying from them again.
