"Where to begin...."

Where to begin....
First order never arrived.
Reordered, Arrived in country, but never received collection notification, so it has been send back.
Re-send once more.
(didn't once again receive collection notificaten, but i daily tracked the shipment for not missing.)
Arrived, but package was damaged.
2 swords arrived - No connecter as also ordered.

Saber quality:
It supprissed me how bad and low quality the swords are in. Poor lighting, poor sound quality, no movement sounds. Materiel poor standard.

I can't recommend buiyng fra Saberlab.

I ordered 3 sabers, the delivery time was ok. Unfortunately one of the sabers had a sound issue, but Allan from Saberlab.co was super helpful, I sent a video of the issue, and they are sending a replacement saber, super service🤩🙏🏻

Delighted with my purchase. I am in Europe and my delivery reached me in perfect condition. Bought as a Christmas present but I couldn’t resist having a go before I wrapped it up. Communication was constant and I was even afforded some friendly emails with tips. I was also able to track my orders progress which was great. 👍🏻 il happily purchase again. It’s a bit of fun and a nostalgic node back to our childhood. The Light sabre is great quality too for what I paid.. happy to recommend this product. What’s not to like ! It’s great fun. I made an order on November 18th and it’s still not here yet. The delivery status hasn’t been updated since December 5th. Wondering if this site is a scam or if the two light sabers I ordered will still eventually arrive.

It is easy to give good service, when everything goes after plan. The challenge rises, when the dark force insert its powers and messes things up. But fear not! Saber Lab met the challenge of a postal misdelivery with professionalism and emmidiatly sent me a new set of defence against the dark force( a set of light sabers)

Fantastic product. Thought it was too good to be true when I first ordered. But the build quality is just great and so are the light functions etc.
The price is suspiciously low and I’m about to place another order for friends & family before they decide to increase the prices :D

Also a minor issue with the shipment was exemplary handled by Allan at the support - gold star to you sir!
