I give 1 star 'cause less is not allowed. This is a scam. I ordered a saber on the 10th December and, today 4th January, am still waiting for it...
They just grabbed my money and run. This is fraud!

Just like everyone else, I ordered at the beginning of December and it never arrived. Customer service is extremely bad to nonexistent . Total scam.

This place my be a scam sight buyer beware. Ordered sabers on the 11th. Here it is the 23rd and nothing has shipped. They send you a bogus tracking number that doesn't show anything. Cannot recommend.

"2 weeks and still not shipped"
8.12 product bought. 21.12 still have not left China. 23.12 no more update, so still at the airport waiting to be shipped.
At the same time they were not replying any messages, and finally replied on 23.12 by giving me a link to the tracking (same one I got from them multiple times before). OMG.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a scam company. They take your money, give you nothing but false promise emails and fraudulent tracking numbers. I ordered from them a month and half ago. No items , refund, or an explanation of when the delivery will be here or a refund. These people will steal your money.

AWFUL!!! 1 month I have been waiting for delivery. I have followed up many times and now they have asked me to deal with the courier who don't seem to be able to find it.
I have asked for a refund and now they are ignoring my emails. Awful customer service!!!!

thanks for the good and quick shipment.
Order and communication is very good.
The sword ist great. Not only the look - also the handling is good. Fighting: as it is an Xmas present I actually can‘t tell about.
One point I defenetly don‘t like is the sound. As this sword has no swing technology the sound doesn’t fit and it is very annoying. Great that it is possible to turn it off.
All in all it was a great service and it is a great sword for having fun.
