"Customer service 13/10"

Ordered 2 sabers but acted a little fast so my old adress was entered by auto fill without me noticing.
Wrote them a mail and they answered fast and corrected it.

Haven't received the sabers or even a date for shipping so this is only about their customer service.

I recently bought two sabers for my kids, and they couldn't be happier! The sabers are incredibly sturdy and durable, holding up perfectly through their battles. Furthermore, a special thanks to Allan from the Team Saber Lab for his exceptional support, he was very helpful and replied superfast to all my inquiries. Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with both the quality of the sabers and the excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Great product at a good price. Sabers work great, my kids love them. (Okay, I also love them.) Lights and sound are excellent. We had a slight hitch in one of our orders which Allan from the customer service team immediately resolved. Great service. Great experience. "Product and Service simply awesome"

Great sabers, very durable and fun to use. Sound can be a bit too much but can be switched off, light effects are great as well. The sabers are well balanced and do have the right size to be used indoors at home as well.

We had a slight problem with one of the sabers but thanks to Allan from Saber Lab Team, this was solved very quick and in an uncomplicated way. Thanks a lot again. And may the Force be with you!

"Nous avons commander 2 sabres lasers…"

Nous avons commander 2 sabres lasers "master jedi" en pack de 2 à l'occasion des promotions, soit 40€/ sabre laser. Le prix n'est vraiment pas cher. Nous avons reçu nos sabres sous 10 jours environ (à cause des jours fériés). Nous avons jouer avec tout le week-end, néanmoins un des deux sabres à cessé de fonctionner. Écoutez, un produit défectueux, cela peut arriver... nous avons donc contacter le service client qui est formidable. La team saberlab (gros big up à Alan) c'est montrée très compréhensive, nous renvoie donc un sabre neuf (car nous avons la garantie sur le produit).
Néanmoins, bien qu'un des deux sabres ait cessé de fonctionner, le deuxième marche parfaitement, et je continu de jouer avec depuis 2 semaines maintenant. Pour petit budget, ce sabre laser est très interréssant et agréable à manipuler. De plus, si vous prenez un lot de deux, vous pouvez faire un double, et rendre les combats encore plus cool. Je les ai recommandé à mes amis, malgré le petit problème que nous avons rencontrer. (des défauts de conception, cela peut arriver)

Very professional service and fast and competent assistance, I only hoped that the blades were longer because for me who am the size of a Wookiee they seem like short swords but for a person of normal size they are perfect... all in all very happy with the whole service, ps I thank Allan for his competence and availability!

Molto sorpreso positivamente dal prodotto e dallo staff, Allan in particolare che ha seguito una mia richiesta.
La spada è ben costruita, meglio di come me l’aspettavo per il prezzo che ha! Bei colori e belli gli effetti luminosi, vari e davvero completi.
Unica piccola pecca è la lunghezza della lama, me l’aspettavo un po’ più lunga, e migliorabili gli effetti sonori (che comunque si possono facilmente escludere).
Se non hai pretese di avere i modelli “replica” non troverai un prodotto con un rapporto qualità prezzo così competitivo!
Ottima esperienza globale!

"Great Lightsabers "

Quality is great. We had gone to Disn.y in Aug and my 15 yr old wanted to build both a Droid and a saber. We told him one or the other obviously due to cost. He chose the Droid there. I'm beyond happy that we found Saberlab. It enabled me to also get one for my hubby as I bought the 2 pack. Thank you!
