After a delay in shipping, we were so excited to receive these! When one arrived without the tip, Allen very promptly replied and sent out a replacement part.
Product definitely holds up to real play. My kids are 8 and 10 so the sabers have taken a beating! Kids have had a blast playing with them! Highly recommend and these are a great addition to any person or family that loves SW!

"Buyer beware..over 45 days and nothing received …"

I ordered some sabers back in November 2024 and have yet to receive them ( it’s January 9th, 2025!) these were meant to be Christmas presents! I received bogus tracking numbers… no sabers in sight. I’ve received messages from someone called Allan saying it will be resolved. Nothing yet. I’ve messaged asking for a refund. Will keep you posted. Seems like a scam to streel your money. Buyer beware.

"Misleading"

I am part of the Jedi Council of America and wanted to get a light saber for our first meeting but so many options so I wasn't sure who to go with. It was around near the holidays Black Friday/Christmas/Boxing Day so I had a good chance to check out a few different places.

Saber Lab worse one to deal with borderline scam.

I purchased 2 sets on sale. Their photos are misleading as they show the more expensive ones or close up so you don't really get a feel for the size. Their info says for anyone of all ages... yeah try being an adult with a kid size saber.

They advertise full refund no questions asked. Nope! Best I could get was a 25% back or I could send it back but it would have to be sent to London UK, not from where they were dropshipped from.

How does this compare to anyone else? Saber Lab charges 2 to 3x more. Competitors have photos of corresponding saber with full measurements in photos.

They actually have a full money back guarantee. You don't have to pay s&h.

They are from the same manufacturer plant in mainland China and they are 2 to 3 times less and better quality.

"Long wait but worth it "

I ordered 4 Sabers on December 3rd and didn't receive them until January 8th. Normal that would not get four star but Allan is the reason I am giving the company four stars.
He communicated with me the whole time. Gave me a reasonable discount for them arriving so late. He is a great asset to your company.

Once I receive them I fell in love with them. The quality is amazing and my kids are going to love it. While the wait was long they are worth it.

"The light sabers are really nice"

The light sabers are really nice. My kids love them. One of the sabers had an issue with the light so I contacted Saber Labs. Allan was very helpfull and took care of the problem very efficient and nicely.

Good company who stands by their product. My kids broke one of the lightsaber blades with hard dueling but Allan worked with me quickly to get it replaced. Definitely would buy from Saberlab again.

We had a problem with our saber, that I emailed the company about. Within a few days I got a reply from Allan. I explained the problem, and they are sending a replacement with no questions asked. The customer service he provided was TOP NOTCH and Allan, the rep, was very respectful. I will DEFINITELY consider using this company again!

"Ordered before Christmas"

Ordered before Christmas, but my order never arrived. Customer service has been unresponsive, and I’m starting to feel this might be a scam. Very disappointed.
