Sinceramente encantado con el tanto con el producto como con el servicio, el Sable tiene una excelente relación calidad/precio. Es mi primer sable y no quería (ni podía) gastarme demasiado por lo que temeroso compre en Saberlab y no puedo estar más feliz con la elección. Compré el sable maestro y la única pega es que la hoja me pareció un poco corta... pero por lo demas 100% recomendable.

Never received my sabers and they won’t give me a refund. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I would never recommend!

I spiked with them weeks before Halloween asking if they would make it for our special Halloween costume. A once in a lifetime party. My daughter and I went to Disneyland as Ahsoka and Luke Skywalker.

They said they would make it in time. When I checked the tracking they didn’t even start to prepare the order for more than one week.

I have asked for a refund multiple times since I never received what I paid for they are saying I’m shit out of luck. I am so disappointed and honestly saddened by this experience.

The sabers are well made. One of them arrived damaged, I immediately notified the after-sales service. The latter, very courteous and helpful, immediately sent me the item back. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the after-sales service.

These lightsabers are very sturdy and allow you to simulate fights without the fear that they might break. My 3-year-old son has already put them to the test...

"Lieferung TOP - Qualität SCHROTT"

Ich habe den Mastersaber im 3er-Pack bestellt. Lieferung top und relativ zügig. Da gibts nichts zu meckern.
Das Erwachen kam beim Öffnen bzw. Ausprobieren der Schwerter. Bei zwei Schwertern geht der eingebaute Lautsprecher nicht und bei einem der beiden ist zusätzlich das Gewinde des Schwertkörpers so groß, dass sich die "Klinge" nicht einschrauben lässt. Bei den beiden Schwertkörpern mit den defekten Lautsprechern passt sie perfekt. Zudem fehlt bei dem dritten Schwert die lange Madenschraube gegenüber vom Netzschalter, die scheinbar zur Befestigung des Innenlebens dient. Das hat zur Folge, dass der Netzschalter so tief im Gehäuse verchwindet, dass man ihn nur mit Mühe drücken kann.
