Unhappy with service !! Misleading information provided by JENNA SUMMER (ADMIN) !!
I made booking yesterday and still haven’t received confirmed tickets when I rang customer support I was been advised that its airline policy to wait 72 hours !! Then I booked tickets through different travel agent with same airline company and they sent me confirmed tickets with PNR number in less then an hour !!!
Hence guys avoid this company if you can !!
Good luck if you want to go ahead and use them !!

I booked my tickets within five minutes. I realised I had a spelling mistake. I rang them. They wanted £150 rectify the spelling mistake.

I contacted Turkish airlines and they change my spelling mistake free of charge please avoid this company what a rip off
