If you see some positive reviews,
either they're paid or invited for some rewards. Genuine reviews are about 800 for the last 12 months. Don't get wronged with all those fake reviews.

Travelup steals ur money. You would see them replying to the reviews to wash their face. They're unprofessional. Please don't waste your time and money buying tickets of them cowboys.

I purchased 5 tickets on Sunday 27th April 2025. Prior to this, I tried purchasing on travel up website for the dates I wanted to travel. After clicking the pay now icon, I was prompted to call us instead.
I have called the customer service, and Kyle Roberts picked up, and tried to convince me with other dates, which I later check on other websites, the price was quite lower. Travel up sold me the tickets with higher price. Upon requesting for change within 2 hours of purchasing the tickets, I was told to pay £350 extra to make a change.
I would personally suggest to check other sites before purchasing from travel up. Secondly, I am.not yet sure how their response would be, if Airline cancel the flight in any situation. I will keep you updated.
£75 per ticket to cancel or change dates, which I did on the same day is a complete rip off.
I will never use Travel up again, as this was my second time purchasing from them. I would rather choose other agencies. They charge you much higher price per person as compared to other agencies.
It is worth mentioning that it was my bad not to take some time before purchasing on the phone. I was convinced to pay asap or otherwise the offer will not be available.
Avoid travel up to save some money...our hard earned money goes vanish in seconds with all those cowboys in the market...

Travel up would always reply on here , but won't do nothing...Please avoid them at any cost, even if they promise you....
