I can’t say enough good things about SpanishVip and my private teacher Yenifer. I’ve tried a number of online applications for learning Spanish and they didn’t meet my needs. With the applications, I was doing a lot of typing and spelling in Spanish but I didn’t feel like I was achieving my goal of speaking the language. I’m currently taking three, one-hour private lessons per week. My teacher is well organized and presents the material in a way that allows me to make steady progress at my own pace. She assigns homework and I know that I’ll be responsible for learning the material. This is a very good thing which keeps me motivated. During the lessons I have a chance to apply what I’ve learned through speaking, listening, and conversation. In addition, Yenifer is always willing to answer my questions about culture and travel, and makes helpful suggestions with regard to visiting and communicating in a Spanish speaking country. As a caring and compassionate person, Yenifer has become a good friend as well as my teacher. I give my highest recommendation for SpanishVip and Yenifer Zapata.

I have been taking classes with Manuela for little over 2 years starting from zero Spanish to now being able to have an entire lesson in a Spanish and being able to hold my own in functional conversations with others. She is an incredibly patient and knowledgeable teacher which allows us to have conversations in all sorts of topics.
