I started SpanishVIP with absolutely no Spanish background. Just a will to learn. I have been working with group and individual class teachers here for a few years, and all my professors have been fantastic. Daniela is no exception. Daniela is my third individual class teacher. She affords me plenty of time for both conversational practice and instructional work in every class. We only speak Spanish in the class. Daniela puts a lot of time and effort into every lesson, and sometimes if my questions take us in another direction, she turns on a dime and switches to a different lesson. Her grammar explanations are thorough and easily understood with plenty of added resources. She has remarkable patience and will repeat and review as necessary. I love love love my classes. They are my favorite part of the week.

What made the experience great were my wonderful tutors Malena and Laura. We met 5 times a week for 6 months and my teachers were always prepared with activities for me to do, or listen to what was on my mind. I loved the way they actively listened to my Spanish and at some point either during the conversation or after, they corrected me. Most of all, they were present with me and I felt listened to. They always gave me eye contact and used facial expressions or some type of hand gesture to let me know they were either confused, not following me or extremely happy with my performance. It makes me want to encourage all my friends to join Spanish VIP.

"Unfair SpanishVIP terms and conditions"

My subscription got over few months ago and I made a decision to leave this school because most classes were taken. A month later I got email with 50% discount and impulsively paid for 6 months more. The first class with Jesus and his rudeness remind me how bad it was during the previous subscription. Immediately I connected the company to request refund and was denied. To get some level of protection I found the SpanishVIP page with terms and conditions.

First, the company doesn't provide a copy of terms and conditions at the moment of purchase and doesn't notify about any limitations related to a particular purchase.
Second, the page with terms and conditions isn't available on the main website, I had to search via google.
Third, the page doesn't include description of student rights and company obligations. The 3/4 part of the page is a description of conditions for reduced refund or no-refund.
Finally, at the end of the page in brackets there is a note about automatic refund denial in case of use of any promotions and discounts (from 1% to 50%).

I wish I saw its terms and conditions before I purchased my first SpanishVIP's subscription.

Spanish classes can be stressful for me, especially since I have some age related hearing and vision loss. Jesus's patience is much appreciated and I look forward to his stress-free classes when I am able to attend. His notible sentido de humor also helps reduce stress and increase the enjoyment of learning a new language. His likability is evident in all his student interactions and makes each class more enjoyable for all.

I had two teachers Laura Echeverri and Lina Vasquez and they were both amazing. They were both caring and listening to my needs. Their teaching skills are very good. Even though I only did one month with Spanish VIP, I learned so much. I would definitely do more courses. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera

I have been using Spanish VIP group classes for almost a year and I have seen a marked difference in my Spanish comprehension and conversational skills. The teachers are excellent. Today I took a class with Jesús, he is a lively and dynamic teacher and keeps the classes interesting and topical. All the teachers are always ready to answer questions and explain difficult grammatical concepts without the class becoming dull or boring. I highly recommend them. Classes are from 7am til 11 at night, Mon to Friday and I can take as many as I like within my level. The price makes the school a practical option for me and I have been really surprised with how much I like group classes, mostly because I learn from the other students too.

I enjoyed my classes with VIP, and spent most of my time with Jesus and Stefani. They are funny, patient and SO smart. They made learning fun and provided lots of ways to learn. As a person who has always been challenged when learning another language, I felt successful enough to understand and express myself in most conversational situations. Pero, todavia a me no me gustan los verbos demonios - pretéritos y imperfectos!

"An amazing Spanish learning experience "

Spanish VIP has been an absolute wonderful platform to learn Spanish on. I have my own teacher so I can ask questions in real time and be corrected to learn more effectively. My teacher Tatiana Alvarez has been absolutely amazing. She is very thorough, patient & helpful in clarifying anything I’m confused about. The lessons that Tatiana created for me are in different formats which stimulates me in learning the language in different ways as opposed to the same format all of the time. Tatiana goes above and beyond if I ever have any questions that I think about after class times. Being able to speak out loud and to a native Spanish speaking teacher is extremely helpful to me with pronunciation. I can’t recommend Tatiana, or Spanish VIP enough!
