I have tried various platforms to learn Spanish. Spanish VIP is head and shoulders the best platform out there. Their program of instruction is tailored to the needs of the students in both private and group settings. I am giving my highest endorsement to this company, its methods, and their staff, which I might add goes above and beyond to serve their students both potential and current.

Jesus Gerardino is an excellent teacher. He explains the concepts in a precise and clear manner. He is a stickler for making sure pronunciation is done properly. He is always ready to answer any doubts with lots of patience. This is important as the students are at different levels of proficiency in the Spanish language and he makes sure all of their needs are addressed. He is pleasant and easy to work with. Glad to have him as my teacher.

I've been taking private classes through SpanishVIP with Natalia three times a week, and it's been such a great experience. SpanishVIP is a great way to learn Spanish! I'm enrolled in the individual classes with group classes and regularly attend both. All the instructors are kind, helpful, and fun.

My primary instructor, Laura, is fun and has been really flexible in scheduling and curriculum. She has done a great job adapting what we're learning to my interests and level having mostly informal education of Spanish. Laura has also helped make sure I don't miss classes when traveling or my schedule change.

My teacher at Spanish VIP was Alejandra. I had the 6 month VIP+ package. Alejandra is an amazing teacher, patient, knowledgeable, and always encouraging. She made every lesson engaging, fun and informative. My Spanish skills improved faster than I expected. If you are prepared to put the work in outside of lessons then I think that this one to one support for 6 months is well worth the cost.

I also want to thank Norbey from SpanishVIP support and the group class teachers, Stefani and Jesus. Their support and guidance contributed greatly to the learning experience I received with Spanish VIP.

It's all about the teacher in the end - though I have been very happy with the administration and their help and flexibility on delivering the best possible experience, and presumably there is a common methodology and standards. "I’ve been studying Spanish for five…"

I’ve been studying Spanish for five years but not in a classroom setting and I only spoke with a native speaker once a week. One-on-one lessons with Natalia three times a week has really helped me improve my understanding of grammar rules, word positioning and pronunciation. My friend tells me I have really improved my fluency and pronunciation.
A casual conversation with Natalia becomes one of her lessons in the following sessions. It’s very organic. And the technology used during class is an added bonus. From being able to see the words typed as they are being spoken, to the textbook lessons being reviewed, which are learner friendly, to the ability to show a photo I had taken of my handwritten homework assignment.
Natalia said I need to be listening to Spanish throughout the day so even if I’m folding laundry or exercising I am listening to the news, a podcast or a short story on Audible. I may be missing parts of it, but when I do tune back in, I am hearing Spanish words, not English. And from these stories, I usually have questions for Natalia. I like that she lets me ask her about them. Such as, “Would you say….?”
Natalia understands how I learn and these personal lessons enable her to work with the skills I have already developed while filling in the gaps where they exist. This wouldn’t be possible in a classroom setting. I would definitely recommend both Spanish VIP and Natalia. I wish I had joined years ago.

I started out with group classes which were always enjoyable and practical and then switched to private classes to improve further and faster. My Spanish is improving steadily, my teacher Laura is very patient and creates a mix of activities for each grammar topic, so it is never boring, plus we do cultural topics which helps with conversation and overall comprehension. I highly recommend Spanish VIP!
