I have had my Audi A3 for a few years. Its a 17 plate. But from the moment I purchased it and eventhough I live in London, I have always taken the car back to Audi Yeovil for all the services it has required. This includes normal service times and even though I have not covered the amount of miles I have adhered to having the cambelts changed and recently had a full major service/ inspection (December 24) on my car. From day one of my dealings with Audi Yeovil the team there has always given me the highest level of service and support. Always advised of any service requirements in advance so I can arrange to get there and upon arrival I cannot praise them enough for the friendly welcome and the high level of attention I receive. I will always appreciate this and this is why I won't have my car services dealt with anywhere else. So a huge thank you to all from the receptionist, the service manager and Dan from whom I purchased the car from originally I cannot find a better place if you fancy an Audi to go to. I bought a Q3 from Yeovil Audi at the beginning of December. I love the car.
Sam Spilsbury was great during the sales process, I got a fair deal on part-exchanging my A3 cabriolet and there was no pressure or hard sell. Sam was very patient, he spent the best part of a day with me while I looked at the Q2 and Q3, test drove the Q3 and subsequently bought it. Communication was great during the period between seeing the car and handover day.
I will continue to use Yeovil Audi for my servicing, they always provide an excellent service.
