Kept getting bothered on the phone about by renewal, weeks ahead of the date. I told them on 25/02/19 that I had set time aside to look at it by 02/03/19 (a week ahead of renewal) and then on 26/02/19 get an email thanking me for confirming my policy?!?!?

I wanted to be sure that our building and contents insurance really gave us the correct cover. During the telephone call I was able to clarify certain particulars of our building and certain specific items in our contents that it was not possible to do by filling in online. I paid more than my lowest online quote but feel reasured that our cover is correct . Thank you Ryan for your assistance.

The customer service I received from Stacie Brown was exemplary. She called when she said she would, followed up the incorrect and misleading info I was given at the beginning of my issue and was very caring and considerate whilst dealing with my case. She took on board my frustrations and let me vent, she sorted my problem and called me back promptly, I am extremely impressed with her customer service skills, a dedicated, friendly, patient young lady who is in the right job. Not all customer service staff are..we have all come across less than helpful individuals in these roles but Stacie WOW'ed this customer!! Thank you very much Stacie!!

very happy team who knew what they were talking about and advised me well . I am sure that they found the best deal for me , The main complement I would like to pay is that the lady who dealt with me was very understanding and very patient . She was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable . I am 78 and have suffered a stroke and tend to be a bit slow she did not know this but her manner on the phone took some beating . well done to you all
