I shopped at Clarks and was helped by Toni at Lincoln. AMAZING 🤩 Thanks solely (no pun indeeded) to the friendly and engaging Toni I bought THREE pairs of shoes. I could not be happier with all three pairs! Bright orange (my fave colour), comfort and style. Winner winner. Toni made it so easy and a pleasure to buy the shoes and have them delivered to my home. I usually hate shoe shopping and find it incredibly difficult to find anything stylish in a narrow size 8. I highly recommend the Torhill range.

"Shoe size check "

We were served by Arzoo in the Blackburn branch, and we were happy with the customer service.
We went to Clark’s to get my sons’ shoe size checked and she was very patient and caring towards him which was very nice considering he is autistic and has no speech, so found the whole situation unsettling.
However Arzoo gave him time to feel comfortable and did an amazing job.

"Non-delivery of purchase"

I ordered a pair of shoes plus a pair of sandals from Clarks online. I was told that these items would be delivered by 19th April. On 16th April, I received a text message saying my parcel was out for delivery, it never arrived. I received the same text for the next 3 days but the items never arrived. I was then contacted to say that since they had been unable to deliver the parcel (because they didn't even try) Evri would return the parcel to Clarks. I realise that this is a failure by Evri, but when I complained to Clarks, they were unsympathetic and simply said that they would arrange a refund, which could take up to 3 weeks! I don't want a refund, I want my purchases, but I fail to see why I have to wait so long for a refund. I also find it astonishing that Clarks seem to be completely unconcerned that Evri are taking their money but not doing the job. Terrible customer service.
Despite the misleading and disingenuous reply from Clarks, this issue has not been resolved. The abysmal customer service continues.

"Great service on a busy day "

We visited Clark’s at Rushden lakes on a very busy bank holiday Monday and Mhairi eventually got to serve us as it was half hour wait due to business. Mhairi couldn’t have been more patient and helpful as my 2 year old granddaughter doesn’t like wearing socks she built up a lovely rapport with her chatting away and putting her at ease. Despite how many other people Mhairi must have seen that day she made us feel special. Top marks to Mhairi.
