Amazing service at the Castlepoint branch by Hannah. Not once but twice. She offered me assistance when I popped into the branch to look for school shoes for my son on the Wednesday and looked up other alternatives when the shoes were not available. When I returned again on the Friday with my 12-year-old with ADHD, she was very calm, Patient, very quick and efficient. Thank you again, Hannah. You’re amazing.

I previously contacted you regarding my order #1009473309, which has not been delivered for over a month. After numerous email complaints, you informed me last Monday that a full refund had been issued and would be received within 3 to 5 working days. However, I have not yet received the refund.

Given the lack of responsiveness via email, I am reaching out once again to request an urgent update on the status of my refund. The delays and lack of communication are unacceptable, and this situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. Please provide immediate clarification on when I can expect to receive my money back.

Absolutely amazing experience at Clark’s Cribbs Causeway!
Busy Sunday afternoon yet the staff breezed through the queue of people, managing their time efficiently without making it feel rushed.
I enjoyed watching the interaction of each member of staff in the kids section with the children having their feet measured, making each child feel special and adding a bit of fun along the way.
Kai looked after us, patience of a saint with my tired and indecisive 4-year-old. Nothing was too much effort, brought out as many pairs as we needed to make sure my son was absolutely certain of his decision! No pushy sales, not rushed, very understanding, and caring for the job being done well! Well done Kai, we will definitely come back ❤️

brought clarkes shoes from clapham, sw11. tryed 3 days later to return and get a refund as i had changed my mind. The store refused the return saying that they had been worn. As i explained to the manger that the only time i had worn the shoes was in the store when i brought them. still she refused the return. reported this matter to clarkes customer services and no reply from them as yet two days ago. next step is to report to my bank and open a dispute.

We visited Clarks in Taunton. Lucy was there to help us. She measured my sons feet to confirm the size of shoes he needed. We knew exactly what we wanted, and Lucy went to get the right size. She helped my son who is disabled by putting his shoes on for him and tying them up. He confirmed they were comfortable and we paid for them. Lucy was very efficient and pleasant throughout the process.

My little one went in for her first ever shoe fitting today they treated her like the princess she is!
They were really informative and gave me all the best advice as a first time mum with no clue they made me feel at ease and comfortable and even managed to get a few smiles out of my little one (she hates people) I will be going there in future!!!

I always receive excellent customer service at Clarks, every time. Today I went to to ask about keeping my boots in good condition. Lydia came to see if I needed any help and she was excellent at walking me through Clarks' range of balms and protectors for leather boots and shoes. Nothing was too much trouble and she was willing to discuss how to apply the balms and sprays as well as what to recommend for my own Clarks boots that I had on.

I'm always a happy, satisfied and loyal customer of Clarks for these reasons. I always receive time and effort from the staff as well as honesty, integrity and a smile.
