Very welcoming & friendly store every visit I have to this store is always greeted with happy smiles by the staff. But special recognition to Jasmine who went above and beyond to ensure I got the right sizing and width needed. Initially the shoe I wanted wasn’t in stock, she offered to order the shoe in for me or to show me similar styles they had in stock. And I’m glad she did as we found a pair I liked more then the original shoe I came in for, Will definitely be returning to Putney Clark’s.

I went into Clarks for a specific type of heel that I found online and wanted to try it on in person to see the fit. Amirah from the Highcross Shopping Centre store was absolutely amazing!! She was with my sisters and I for around 45 minutes, doing everything she can for me. I asked her for quite a few different sizes and she went high and beyond from putting insoles and gel pads in to try them on with, with to going back and forth to the back to go and get the different sizes that I needed. I happily left with a pair but honestly couldn’t have done it without Amirah. Thank you so much Amirah for an excellent customer service experience. Would highly recommend this specific store.
