Clark shoes has a reputation as well made shoes. I was extremely disappointed when I contacted the company to report the shoe came apart and I lost a button. Shoe buttons are different, heavy and with big holes for the leather. All I was requesting was a replacement button. Not a repair. The agent said they cannot help me. I asked to have a supervisor contact me. She said I would get a call in 24-48 hours. It has been 10 days and no one has contacted me. What a shame that they don’t stand by their product.

Visited the Worcester store today to get my son’s 1st pair of shoes. We had a lovely lady called Sophie who was so friendly and was very good at making my son feel reassured when having shoes on for the first time. I was very happy with the customer service i received from her and the overall experience. :)

I was hoping for a replacement pair of my son's current school shoes which have worn out. Clarks don't do that shoe any more but Hayley suggested another style and guided me on the best size. Very welcoming & friendly store when i first visit I have to this store is always greeted with happy smiles by the staff. But special recognition to Asela who went above and beyond to ensure I got the right sizing and width needed. Will definitely be returning to Putney Clark’s.
