Fajar was incredibly patient, attentive, and ensured that I was completely happy with my purchase. Visited a couple of weeks ago. Treated with politeness and respect. Looked after my wifes needs perfectly . Her feet were carefully measured and she was offered several alternatives, before she decided on what she liked. Without any sales pressure. Jen@middlebrook was a great help and made the whole experience pleasant.

Visited the Harlow store today with my Nan and was greeted by Robbie. He was very attentive and helpful throughout- checking her shoe size and then finding available options in the style and fit that she wanted. He was also very friendly and patient.

I visited you Kings Lynn,Norfolk store today.served by a young lady,Sascha who really made every attempt to find me comfortable shoes.
She put my mind at ease and the trainers that I chose are very comfortable.
She also measured my feet and they are different widths.
Sascha made my footwear buying experience a really positive one and I didn’t feel rushed.
Her colleague was also very helpful.
Also the shop is spacious to practise walking and the chairs are comfortable.

Lola at the Norwich branch was so helpful and pleasant. I found the perfect sandal but ordered online as an online incentive available. It's a shame fir the branch that online incentives cannot be applied in store. A very pleasant experience
