Tracey's kindness and expertise made this the most successful shoe shopping session ever. She was able to pinpoint my exact size and width, and recommend the perfect dress shoes, walking shoes and smart-casual trainers while taking into account the individual size traits of each style. She was so patient and happy to help, and I'll certainly return to Clarks at Gunwharf Quays for all my future footwear. The shoes themselves are high quality, superbly comfortable with excellent soles, cushioning, grip and finish. I can't recommend enough! Thanks for looking after me!

"Sandals"

I needed a pair of sandals to fit my wide feet, my feet expand with heat abroad. I usually get sandals and when I'm away on holiday they don't fit and have to wear flip flops. Jacob the young man from Clark's at Middlebrook shop in Bolton. He listened to what I liked and wanted. Which is very rare. He went out of his way to get me what I wanted. Nice to have plentiful stock of everything and the store was spacious and clean.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jurgita who served me and was also good to find there was 20% off the handbag I purchased which I wasn’t expecting.
I purchased a pair of trainers too which if anything like the pair I bought last year will be so comfortable.
