great customer service, jack went above and beyond to try and track the last pair of trainers for my little girl from another store and on pick even ensured they fit thanks again :)

Went in for one pair of shoes and came out with two. Mandy provided great customer service and we're not surprised she has worked there for 44 years! Husband usually finds it difficult getting comfortable shoes but found them very quickly. Mandy was a pleasure to deal with and is an asset to the Southport team. No hard sell, just great customer service.

Kallie was brilliant. My wife normally takes our daughter to get her shoes but she asked me to take her. I didn’t know where to start but Kallie measured my daughter’s feet and took us straight to the correct shoes. My daughter tried on a few pairs in different widths and added insoles so my daughter fitted in the shoes correctly. Very impressed and nothing was to much trouble so thank you very much Kallie.

We came in with 2 babies ( 1 and 2 years old) who were in fully toddler mode! Needing shoes for our 1 year old Louie the store assistant helped! Super friendly, quick and professional he measured and reccomended which shoes we need! 15mins and we was sorted and all paid ready to leave! Thanks so much.

I was shopping at clarks today and i have never been treated so politely and respectfully. Ben was a great help in finding the perfect fit and i will definitely be back soon. The store was clean, bright and tidy, and the experience was altogether excellent and enjoyable.
