I was able to receive a refund for a pair of shoes that were measured wrong by an unhelpful Clark’s Worcester employee.

We went to Clark’s Cwmbran today for our twins first walking shoes. They hadn’t napped & were very uncooperative however the lady helped us to the best of her ability & got them measured & we left with two amazing pairs of gorgeous shoes.
