bought a pair of shoes on the 3rd of march online, they weren't even shipped until the 10th! tried to return them in store only to be told i couldn't checked online and I CAN!! so having to return there on Friday! awful customer experience.

Nasima at the Hammersmith branch gave the best customer service to myself and my daughter. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wellies. She even went and checked another stock room to find the boots my daughter liked. The customer service in this particular branch is always amazing but Nasima went above and beyond.

I want to praise Kally from Northampton branch. As a woman customer with shoe size 10 it is difficult to find shoes for myself. But Kally made my shoe shopping experience enjoyable again. She showed me unisex options from man section. And today as I was struggling to find right size between size 10 and 11,she proposed to me to order size 10.5 in store, to try it on. I truly appreciate Kally's effort and help. Thank you.❤️

"I feel ripped off by Clarks"
One star only because zero is not allowed. I ordered the shoes online. They were too big. I wrote several times to customer service saying I wanted to return the shoes and buy them in another size. I also told them that their online return link was not working. I knew the return window was closing in a few days and told them so. Clarks’ Customer Service took three weeks to get back to me only to say that the return window had now closed so returning the shoes was impossible. No brick and mortar store would help me either. I acted in good faith. I feel ripped off.

I took my elderly neighbour to have his feet measured as he thought his feet had shrunk. The young assistant Claire was very good with him. She really was very lovely.
