Went to the McArthur Glen Clarks outlet (Junction 28) as I needed shoes for my sons. My eldest and I were blown away by the customer service of Max. Fantastic, friendly customer service. Highly recommned this store. Customer service by both Max and his manager, Laura, ensured we got quality and excellent value for money on our visit. Very satisfied customers!

Fantastic shopping experience. Our 2 year old had a complete meltdown when we tried to measure his feet. We almost gave up but the employee who helped us, Hemi, was incredibly patient and kind and we managed get a good pair of shoes.

I visited the Bath store and was helped by Sue. She gave some great advice on the right size to get for my boots, and how to care for them properly to make them last. Really lovely lady who seemed genuinely happy to help us and have a chat about our plans for the day. Very happy with my new boots and the service received.

Went to reading store and was greeted by Bryony who then went on to measure and correctly fit my Grandaughters shoes. I was a little put off as the last visit proved very disappointing where my granddaughter was wrongly fitted which resulted in very large painful blisters. Bryony has changed a negative visit last year into a very positive visit. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Excellent customer service"

I bought a pair of school shoes for my daughter in January from Clarks at the Trafford Centre which fell apart within 3 weeks of my daughter wearing them at school. Excellent service when I returned them, a full no quibble exchange was given due to the shoes clearly being defective. I always receive excellent customer service from any of the staff, however, this time I felt Deniqueka went above and beyond. Extremely attentive service with one happy daughter. This is why I return to this store year on year. Thank you.
