We were given a 5* customer service by Nicole in West Bromwich. We were passing and went in to browse. She was professional, friendly & kind . She took the time to chat and even measured our feet, to give us a better understanding of our true foot size. She is an asset to Clarks. I hope they recognises her true worth.

I went to Clark’s in Cribbs Causeway on 28 March 2025. I went to change shoes which were the wrong size for mum. The lady who attended me is called Megan I was impressed on how she carried herself professionally, customer care was second to none. I received excellent service today in Lincoln Clark’s . My assistant was Chris( manager) and whilst in a very busy shop , he maintained a perfect relaxed and respectful service to myself and also colleagues. Thankyou , this encourages me to return to Clark’s Lincoln in future.

Went to the store and chose shoes, my daughter was having a hard time (she’s 2) so I said we would go out and come back. Sales advisor offered us 20% off the second pair of shoes. When I returned to purchase a different sales advisor processed the shoes we had chosen. When I got home I realised the discount hadn’t been processed. I called the shop and spoke to the online team and they said I would have to return to the store, return the shoes and then re buy to get the discount. It’s over an hour round drive with two small children, any other company would have honoured the discount.

"Appalling service at Winchester branch"

Appalling service at Winchester branch. Totally ignored by the one and only member of staff on shop floor despite the fact that I was stood by the pay counter (I accept he was serving another customer but ‘il get someone to help you , Madam’ would have been appreciated.) Fast forward 5 minutes and another assistant by the name of Connor appeared from behind the scenes who then made himself look busy attending the shelves! Still no contact until I asked if I could be served! Will never use Clark’s Winchester again.
